Marcelina is a creative director and designer based in Los Angeles. Having grown up in Medellin, Colombia, she relocated to New York in 1996 to study graphic design at the School of Visual Arts. She spent 20 yrs years in New York working with leading brands and boutique branding agencies, prior to relocating to Los Angeles in 2017. While in LA she has continued to collaborate in the visual communication of digital first, omni-channel lifestyle, fashion, beauty, retail, and CPG brands. She has specialized in bringing brands’ personalities to life through elevated concept, development and execution of content. She has built and mentored creative teams of competent and collaborative content producers, image makers, and designers while establishing processes and solutions that positively affect end results.

Marcelina is a perceptive synthesizer of popular culture with special interest in all things art and design, with a keen eye for trends and an innate curiosity for identifying brands and projects synergies and opportunities. She is a also a potter, sketcher, and mother of 2 wonders.
